There are two ways to communicate with us:

1). By telephone. Our telephone hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time). If you get our voice mail this means our phone lines are currently being used and in this case you MUST leave a message and we will return your call by the end of that business day, or the next business day if you call after hours or on weekends. Please don't hang up and keep calling back as this is not the best approach to connect with us. Telephone calls are appropriate for orders and product questions. However, for more complicated pet health questions please use the email form below. By using the email questionnaire you may provide specific information so we may help you better and you will get a thorough answer to your questions.

2). By email. We recommend this for most communications because it allows us to take the time to properly answer your questions while avoiding voice mail, phone tag and other frustrations. Email communication and consultations are complimentary for our clients. Please email us at support@thephnc.com or use the email form below for your convenience. We return emails within 1 - 2 business days, so if you do not see a return email from us within this time frame please check your spam/junk folders.
