Return Procedure: We care deeply about our customers and the health of their animals. We will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Please make sure the item is undamaged, unopened and in its original packaging and return within 30 days of purchase.
Why we can't accept returns of opened/used products...
International customers: International shipments are not eligible for returns due to the length of time it takes for returns to find their way back to us. In addition, we suggest you become familiar with potential customs duties and fees imposed on imports in your Country if this is a concern for you.
To make a return, please contact us first so we are aware of the issue - we will be happy to help! When returning the item(s), please make sure to package them well so they are not damaged on their way back to us. If breakable, you may want to insure your package. Send returns to:

Refused Delivery / Wrong Address: If your order is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address being provided to us you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping.
Canceled Orders: Please be aware that we process orders quickly! So you will be unable to cancel your order after it is placed if it has already been shipped.
Method of Credit: We will credit you via the same method of payment used for the order. Credit card credits usually take a couple of days to show up on your account.
