There are three ways to communicate with us:
1). By telephone. This is recommended for product questions and other fairly simple questions. Phone calls are not the best option for complicated matters. Because we handle so many phone calls we just do not have the time to handle complicated matters properly by phone. If you have a more complicated pet health question please use the email form below or arrange for a pet health consultation.
If you call us by phone you may often get a recorded message. This is because we are very busy on the phone helping other clients. If you get our voice mail, instead of calling back repeatedly hoping to get us, please leave a message or we will not know you called and this may delay you getting in touch with us. We return calls at varying times throughout the day. Sending us an email message using the form below is the best choice and is quick and easy and prevents phone tag.
2). By email. We recommend this for most communication because we can address emails as our schedule permits making it easier on us. While email consultations are complimentary for our clients, they are going to be more concise and often consist of directing you to certain pages on our website for the information that may help you. Please use the email form below for your convenience.
3). Consultation. This is a true personal experience for those that want some "hand holding". There is only one Maria and she is our go-to specialist for complicated pet health concerns. Consultations like this can last 30 - 60 minutes so we must schedule them. Since Maria's time and her years of experience are so valuable, and more and more in demand there is a cost for her time.
