There are three ways to communicate with us:
1). By telephone. We understand that some of our clients prefer to place their order over the telephone. If this is the case for you, then we will need your payment info to keep on file and in the future you can call and follow the instructions in mail box #2. For all product questions please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or for more complicated pet health questions please use the email form below or arrange for a pet health consultation. By using email we avoid phone tag and frustration on your part and you will get a thorough answer to your questions.
2). By email. We recommend this for most communications because it allows us to take the time to properly answer your questions while avoiding busy signals on the phone, phone tag and other frustrations. Email communication and consultations are complimentary for our clients. Please email us at email@example.com or use the email form below for your convenience.
3). Phone Consultation. This is a true personal experience for those that want some "hand holding". There is only one Maria and she is our go-to specialist for complicated pet health concerns. Consultations like this can last 30 - 60 minutes so we must schedule them. Since Maria's time and her years of experience are so valuable, and more and more in demand there is a fee for her time.
