I would start with the Daily Multi Plus that provides digestive enzymes and probiotics to help your dog better digest her food. Feeding her usual food is okay especially if she was just diagnosed. Our supplements will help to support her kidney function so this system works better. Our supplements will not help to lower phosphorus in her food and this is okay as phosphorus lowering products will also remove beneficial minerals from the body. This is a reason why you don't want to use these types of products until later stages of disease. If you wish to lower phosphorus, replace a small portion of the Farmer's Dog food with organic steamed veggies like zucchini or squash.
