My Yorkie is 2 1/2 lb at age 6 and has progressive kidney disease and a heart murmur. I gave her fluids after an Kidney Disease

Overnight stay in an emergency center. What do you recommend. She seems to have little if any muscl mass. She went from drinking two bowls of water a day to not wanting to drink at all now. I gave her subcutaneous fluid in her back for three days, but then when the needle would go and she would yank and the needle would come out so that has has stopped. She is eating the kidney food. I got her and she loves it. I got her chicken and she has lamb. She likes the lamb. The most she wants to eat more than she should, but I’ve been trying to keep it on the amount they say to give her. I had a liquid since she is not drinking. What do you recommend?
