Yes, you can use our Cushing's Support Package for your dog along with our Liver Tonic and Ox Bile. Let's start with the cushings supplements and Ox Bile for now and we can add the Liver Tonic in later if needed. I am not sure what you feed her, but I would guess it is a prescription diet recommend by your veterinarian. I would also guess that this diet does not make her feel well and that she probably doesn't like it as well. Your dog could benefit from a healthy, whole food diet. This diet can be home-prepared, a premix to which you add your own meat or a commercially prepared whole food diet. We offer suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. Select lower fat protein sources, they don't have to be fat-free because we are providing digestive support with the supplements. Since your dog may have been on a fat-free diet for her pancreatitis for sometime, start out slowly by adding one teaspoon or so (depending on her size) of the new whole food diet to her previous diet. Increase the amount of new food steadily as she adapts until the entire diet has been replaced with the new whole food diet. This may take a couple of weeks. Since your dog is older start one supplement at a time and add the others in as she adapts to each new supplement in her diet. If she doesn't take the supplements in her food, mix the supplements into a small amount of yogurt, apple sauce or other favorite food separate form the main meal. Contact Us if you need more help.
