Our Pancreas Glandular will help to support the pancreas of a dog with EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), but more needs to be done. Since the pancreas is not providing sufficient enzymes to properly digest food, we need to help it out. I suggest our Daily Multi Plus supplement that provides digestive enzymes and probiotic to promote better digestion of food. In addition, for a dog with EPI, I also suggest using our Systemic Enzymes and emptying the capsule(s) (reference the instructions provided on our website for your size dog) and mixing in with food (for a dog with EPI only) for additional digestive support. I also suggest our Ox Bile supplement to help promote the digestion of fats. Since kibble and other processed pet foods can be harder to digest your dog could benefit from a healthy, whole food diet.
