I can't be absolutely sure, however, I don't believe providing a Spleen Glandular supplement to your dog with an enlarged spleen would be appropriate. I feel this way because the spleen is enlarged and this means it is working hard to resolve an underlying health issue and "feeding" the organ may potentially exacerbate the already large size. Instead, we want to address the underlying condition causing the enlarged spleen.
