Yes, you can use both of these herbal remedies together for your puppy. Our Antilithic can be used long term on a five days on and two days off schedule, then used for one week per month to help support the health of your dog's urinary tract when the renal calculi has been resolved. On the other hand our UTI Relief is used only when needed, generally for two weeks with a one week break and another two week course if needed. You may also wish to add in the Nat Phos #10 Cell Salt that will balance the urine pH and help dissolve stones. It does concern me that your puppy is already having these issues at such a young age. This can lead to a lifetime chronic issue that we want to head off.
