This sounds like an immune response and gastritis most likely caused by diet and poor digestion. Eating grass especially is a sign of abdominal discomfort and an animal's attempt to alleviate the discomfort by vomiting. Paw licking is a sign of an immune response to the diet and/or the poor digestion of food. Your dog's issue is too complicated for this question and answer forum.
