Yes, you can certainly use our UTI Relief while you cat is on a prescription/specialty diet. However, prescription diets provide horrible nutrition as they are developed to address current symptoms and not the long term health of an animal. For example the primary ingredients in the pet food formula you are currently using are:
"Water sufficient for processing, chicken liver, pork by-products, pork liver, brewers rice flour, powdered cellulose, pork plasma, calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, guar gum, sodium tripolyphosphate, carob bean gum, carrageenan..."
Just to give you an example by-products are parts of an animal that are rejected for human use but can be put into pet foods and powered cellulose is refined wood. It is a shame that your young cat is having these issues and we would like to try to help him get better. Please fill out our Pet Health Consultation Form so that Kassie has more information to better help you and your cat.
