Yes, you can mix the Ox Bile and pancreatic enzyme supplement together in the same bowl prior to feeding. You can also mix these with the vitamins as well. I may wait to add the Thyroid Glandular in prior to feeding so the enzymes do not begin digesting this supplement. Pancreas Glandular is also beneficial in supporting the pancreas of a dog with EPI. I would not recommend using too much tuna due to the presence of mercury and other contaminants. If you are feeding a commercial pet food diet I don't feel the addition of vitamins B12 & folate are necessary as they are added to prepared pet foods unless there is a known deficiency. If you are home-preparing your dogs' food then the B12 is going to come from the meat and folate from the organs in sufficient quantity.
