I apologize for the delay in responding to your question. Long-term or excessive fish oil supplementation can deplete a dog's vitamin E stores. The keywords are long term and excessive which does not apply to use of fish oil at normal suggested serving sizes. Depletion of vitamin E can occur because the polyunsaturated fatty acids (EPA and DHA) in fish oil are highly prone to oxidation. As the body processes and uses these fatty acids, it can utilize antioxidants - specifically vitamin E - to prevent cellular oxidative stress. This should not be a concern for you for three reasons: you will not be using excessive fish oil at recommended servings found on our website, commercial pet foods include vitamin E and a properly formulated homemade diet provides plenty of vitamin E from organ meat.
