You should provide your 65 lb dog with one teaspoon of Seaweed Calcium for every pound of home-prepared dog food. Keep in mind that most prepared pet foods already contain a calcium source. Also, if you use another source of calcium such as bones the serving size of the Seaweed Calcium should be adjusted accordingly.
