Yes, our Repair and Strengthen supplement will work even when mixed in with meals. Given prior to a main meal mixed in with a little treat food will have better, or quicker, results because the supplement will be able to work without having to compete with a lot of food. However, I understand everyone is busy and you have to do the best you can that fits into your daily schedule.
