Unfortunately you can't reverse kidney disease, but you can nutritionally support the kidneys so they function as best they can. If the vets are correct this is late in the game, but we can try and see how he responds if this is what you want to do. Purchase our small Kidney Wellness Package to support his kidneys and our Daily Oral Care for his oral health. Provide one supplement at a time and add the others in as he adjusts and seems to be doing well with the previous supplement. Your cat needs a wet diet for kidney health. We like Ziwi Peak, Feline Natural and Nature's Logic canned foods. Since your cat is in the later stage of kidney disease you can mix some steamed veggies in with the food to lower the protein a little bit. We also like Small Batch Perfectly Cooked diets and you can also mix in steamed veggies with these diets, but only for late stage kidney disease.
