Yes, I feel that the supplements in our Stomach Wellness Package can be helpful for your dog. Start using the Stomach Soother fifteen minutes or so before meals and then, when your dog is doing better, use only when your dog is showing signs of digestive upset. The Omeprazole® that you mentioned in your question works to reduce stomach acid which is the opposite from what we want to accomplish (unless there are stomach ulcers present which doesn't appear to be the case). We wish to support your dog's digestion so he will better digest his food. Feeding an easily digestible, whole food diet is going to be very important for your dog. This diet can be home-prepared, a premix to which you add your own meat or a commercially prepared whole food diet. We offer suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. For your dog I would start with a lightly cooked diet and you can move to a raw diet later if you wish.
