It sounds like you may be under serving your dog with the Female Incontinence formula. Your 12 lb dog should get 1/2 ml (using the included graduated dropper) twice daily. If she needs more help you can add a third serving in daily. Sometimes dogs need more help as they age and since her ovaries have been removed (assuming a spay) then her adrenal glands are picking up the sex hormone slack. These glands can get worn out as a dog gets older. For this reason we often also recommend adding in our Adrenal Tonic if a dog needs more help with incontinence. We also often suggest Biopreparation as this provides cellular energy and supports the hypothalamus - the master endocrine gland.
