Hi, is this internal powder a dewormer for dogs? If not, what works for deworming?

Our Internal Powder is recommended to help make a dog or cat more resistant to fleas by strengthening their skin, overall vitality and making their blood less appealing to biting insects. This supplement does not act as a dewormer. We usually recommend a dewormer called Panacur® that we consider safe and effective.
