Bovine cartilage powder being delivered in extreme heat.
Bovine Cartilage for Dogs and Cats
I just ordered the bovine powder for cats and dogs. Will the extreme Arizona heat jeopardized the integrity of the product while it's delivered sitting at my front door at 118° heat?

The Bovine Cartilage is naturally preserved with a freeze-drying process. It is very shelf stable and will be fine in heat that may be experienced during shipment. One option is to ask us to leave a note for the delivery person on the box (do this in the notes box at checkout) to leave the box out of direct sun when delivered (this may work or not depending on your delivery person). Another option for you and others in high-heat areas, is to order a sufficient quantity of the supplements you will need, perhaps for six months or more, during the cooler months to avoid shipping in the summer months.
