Our Multi Glandular supplement can help to nutritionally support the overall wellness of your dog, but not specifically for incontinence. Ovary glandular could help to support normal hormone secretion in dogs, but not in dogs that have been spayed because there is nothing to "feed" as the ovaries have been removed. We currently do not offer adrenal glandular because the suppliers we trust do not offer this glandular and we don't trust any other sources. You can go online and find an adrenal glandular supplement and use this to support your dog's adrenal glands and secretion of sex hormones. Make sure to adjust the serving size for your dog's weight (human supplements provide instructions for a 150 lb person). If a dog need more help, in addition to our Female Incontinence formula, we suggest our Adrenal Tonic to further support the adrenal glands and Biopreparation F3 to support the entire endocrine system and strengthen your dog's overall vitality. Lastly, commercial pet foods are very high in carbohydrates that are turned into sugar in the body and increase urination. Your dog could benefit from a healthy, whole food diet low in unnecessary starches. This diet can be home-prepared, a premix to which you add your own meat or a commercially prepared whole food diet. We offer suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog.
