To support your dog I suggest using our Microbiome Harmony mixed into some small treat food like yogurt or apple sauce until your dog is better and is safe to use continuously. Support him with our Diarrhea Relief for as long as needed. Consider our Daily Multi Plus to help your dog better digest his meals and support his overall vitality. Start one supplement at a time and add the next one in as your dog does well with the previous supplement. The bacteria responsible for your dog's condition feeds on carbohydrates and processed pet foods are very high in these. For this reason your dog could benefit from a healthy, whole food diet lower in starches. This diet can be home-prepared, a premix to which you add your own meat or a commercially prepared whole food diet. We offer suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog. I understand the use of the medication Tylosin®, but this will not resolve your dog's issue and will make his condition much worse over time. If you continue to use this medication the suggestions I have made will be ineffectual.
