The flea & tick medication you mentioned in your question could DEFINITELY have something to do with your dog's seizures and I would avoid that and similar products in the future. Lepsilyte is safe for your dog and the dosage for your 13 lb dog would be 1/4 ml (or cc) 3-4x daily. Use the minimum effective serving for your dog which may be, since her condition doesn't appear to be that bad, perhaps once or twice daily.
