Biosuperfood provides thousands of nutrients in their natural, whole food form. It will not replace megadose manufactured vitamin supplements that are taken for a specific reason. Most manufactured vitamin supplements provide way more nutrients than the body can use and are fairly quickly eliminated in urine. The primary benefit of Biosuperfood is that it provides cellular energy that does not have to be digested, crosses the digestive tract to feed cells on a cellular level, crosses the blood-retinal barrier to nurture the eyes and crosses the blood-brain barrier to feed the hypothalamus and support the endocrine system. The only supplements that you mentioned in your question I feel are a good idea for general support as you age are the ubiquinol, D3 (depending on your blood levels), and lions mane mushroom. The others are probably all obtained in sufficient amounts from your diet unless you are aware of deficiencies. The Biosuperfood, a healthy diet of whole foods and rounding off with certain supplements to support an aging heart and brain, or other weaknesses you know of, is a good way to go. For example, I suggest considering our Systemic Enzymes to support the health or your arteries. You can also consider fish oil to reduce sticky plaque. I know I added some other supplements there but they are targeted for issues you know are a weakness for you. You can also consider a hair tissue analysis to see what your mineral levels are and a vitamin blood test to find out if you are deficient in any vitamins and this way you can identify what you need so you don't waste money. A final thought is that to preserve your budget you could alternate between the F2 & F3 formulas formulas.
