Do I apply as is directly to spot or do I add water to it? What’s the best way?

Applying our Hot Spot Powder is very easy - just open the cap and sprinkle directly on the wound. No need to mix with water as we want to try to absorb some moisture from the hot spot to assist with healing. Do this as needed - usually 2-3x daily. If your pet tries to lick off the powder (which is safe to ingest in normal quantities) try to distract him with a treat.
