Is it okay to give my dog all of the daily serving of systemic enzymes at once?
Systemic Enzyme Formula for Dogs
will the product work at once every 24 hours or does it require 12 hourly cycles to keep the serum level at the right dose?

Dividing the use of Systemic Enzymes into a couple of servings instead of one large serving has more to do with potential irritation to the stomach than enzyme blood levels. Giving too many enzymes at once could potentially irritate the stomach. You can just give one daily serving at the regular suggested serving size if that better meets your schedule rather than two or three times daily. Alternatively, you could increase the once daily serving size to "bowel tolerance" if you feel comfortable doing this, but I would rather have you stick with, or close to, our suggested servings.
