hello we recently purchased your program for dog. We forgot to put the multivitamin in the refrigerator immediate . It has been sitting in the box unopened. It’s been about a week and a half. Is it OK if we put it in the refrigerator now? Is it still safe for our dog?

Yes, our Daily Multi Plus will be fine for your dog, just place it in the refrigerator now. We manufacture this supplement with a minimum of 50% overage of probiotics to account for any loss during storage and shipping. The other ingredients in the formula maintain their freshness as long as they stay dry so you should be fine.
