I know dogs with urate stones aren’t supposed to have organ meat. Would this supplement be ok to use?

Yes, our Daily Multi Plus will be fine for your dog with urate stones. The organs are a relatively small part of the overall formulation so they won't affect the pH level of your dog's urine. Only a high intake of organs, or other foods high in purines, can increase the concentration of uric acid in your dog's urine and make urine overly acidic, creating the ideal environment for uric acid stones to crystallize and grow. Another factor that makes our Daily Multi Plus safe for your dog is its natural content of minerals like potassium that help kidneys to efficiently filter and excrete excess uric acid and promote a healthy alkaline balance in the urine.
