Our Stomach Soother can certainly help support the comfort of your dog's digestive system and this should be provided when your dog has nausea or reflux. However, it is important to identify the cause of your dog's digestive discomfort and not just address the symptoms. In all likelihood your dog is not interested in her food is because she doesn't feel well after eating. This is most likely due to poor digestion. I suggest our Daily Multi Plus to help improve the digestion of her food and also improve her overall vitality. Also consider our Herbal Digestive Tonic to further improve her digestion. Keep feeding the gently cooked diet as this easier to digest as compared to the raw diet. She can try the raw diet again when she is feeling better. Provide her with one pellet of the Nat Mur #9 cell salt before meals to help improve her production of stomach acid before meals. You can also consider the Nat Phos #10 cell salt when she has wet burps along with the Stomach Soother. Our Stomach Soother contains licorice root. DGL is deglycyrrhizinated licorice that removes the glycyrrhizin that can increase blood pressure in large amounts. This is not a concern for a dog that does not have high blood pressure as the amount of licorice in our formula is quite safe.
