For dogs over 40 lbs, is it 8-10 drops per dose (2x per day) or is that the maximum drops for the day?
Gum Rescue for Gingivitis in Dogs and Cats
My dog is 60 lbs. Wanted clarification that I rub 8-10 drops on her gums in the morning and 8-10 drops in the evening?

That would be 8-10 drops per application. A little more or less of our Gum Rescue formula will not hurt as this suggestion is just an approximation. Instead of "rub" I would say "gently massage" so you don't aggravate any gum tenderness.
