Yes, I feel that our Bowel Wellness Package will be a good place to start for your dog to help support proper digestion and the health of her digestive tract. I would also add in our Microbiome Harmony supplement to help quickly restore probiotic colonies in her digestive tract that have been damaged by years of medication. Since her digestive tract is sensitive, start with one supplement at a time and add another in as she adapts to the previous supplement. I recommend to get her off of the prescription diet that is ironically very poor nutrition, and get her on a healthy, whole food diet that is easier to digest. This diet can be home-prepared, a premix to which you add your own meat or a commercially prepared whole food diet. We offer suggestions in our article How to Feed Your Dog.
