In general, adding the multiglandular blend to meals is typically compatible to a cats diet. Daily Multi Plus does include glandular ingredients, but they only make up about 5% of the total supplement. It is worth noting that taurine is naturally found in animal tissues (heart is a notable source). Cats on complete and balanced diets or well-formulated whole-food diets that include sufficient animal-based ingredients often get adequate taurine.
