My dog is on prednisone, atopica, clopidogrel, omeprazole, sucralfate can she take this IMHA protocol with it?

Her RBC is improving with HCT at 36 now but I’m concerned that she will relapse now that we’ve reduced her prednisone to 15 mg a day but I don’t want to have to increase it again as it’s incredibly xxxx her
