Yes, Biopreparation F3 is safe to use with a diuretic like Furosemide®. This supplement provides cellular energy to help protect and increase the vitality of cells, but it can't replace a diuretic if one is needed due to fluid build up in your cat's lungs. I also recommend our Heart Support Supplements for your cat's cardiovascular system.
