Having issues with a dog eating their meals after they have had pancreatitis is not unusual. They associate their food with not feeling well. I suggest a homemade cooked diet or a prepared cooked diet like Evermore Pet Food and we provide guidance in our article How to Feed Your Dog. I wouldn't get too caught up in focusing on a really low-fat diet, the digestive support will help her to digest fats, just select the lower fat options. It is important to help dogs with a history or pancreatitis digest their food properly and you are on the right track with the Ox Bile. I also suggest getting our Daily Multi Plus with digestive enzymes and probiotics to aid her digestion. You will use the Stomach Soother in potentially two ways: one is 15 minutes before meals to settle her stomach OR just when she is showing signs of stomach upset. I suggest our Adrenal Calm remedy (I know you have purchased another formula already - you can decide which to use) and Flaxseed Lignans that I feel are a better choice as melatonin can act as an appetite suppressant and also cause nausea (not good!). The Pancreas Glandular can help to support the health of the pancreas and is an option to add into her protocol if your budget allows, but is not the priority of the other supplements.
