Herbs, on the other hand, are safer because they do not have the same powerful affect on the body when compared with medications. You may find information online that informs herbs like Willow Bark can thin the blood or St. Johns Wort can affect the metabolism of medications or supplements like CBD. However, these precautions apply to herbs used in high dosages that are not used in our herbal formulas. Having said that, we always like to be extra cautious and suggest that herbs and medications be provided two hours apart from each other and I feel that for a supplement like CBD Oil one hour apart would be sufficient.
