For your 19 lb dog you will provide a slightly rounded 1/4 tsp of our Daily Multi Plus in each meal, 1/4 tsp daily of our Heart Glandular and 3/4 ml (using the included graduated dropper) of our Heart Tonic 2-3x daily.
