First, I would like to mention that the 14 Mushroom Blend has been replace by our Mushroom Immunity PLUS formula. To answer your question, the mushrooms in our supplement provide only small amounts of natural vitamin D2 and have not been exposed to UV light. The organic mushroom species we use are included mainly for their content of beta-glucans that offer immune system support. Mushroom formulas that are used for vitamin D2 supplementation have been exposed to UV light to be used primarily as a natural vitamin D2 supplement.
