Our Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics supplement provides the three bacteria strains (plus more!) found in the Renadyl® probiotic supplement. To answer your question, yes our Kidney Support Package can be used along with the supplements you mentioned in your question. Since your dog's kidney disease is at an advanced stage, I suggest starting out at one quarter the suggested dosage of each supplement and working up slowly as your dog adjusts to the new supplements and herbal remedy.
