Our Repair and Strengthen is primarily used for digestive tract disorders and would not be the best choice for your dog's ear issues. Instead, consider using the Sovereign Silver to clean you dog's ears using a Q-tip and/or cotton pad. Then, use one to two droppers of the silver hydrosol in each ear and close the ear flap (so your dog doesn't immediately shake it out) and then gently massage the ears to distribute the liquid for about three minutes 3x daily. When the ears are looking better then lightly spray the ears (or use a cotton pad) using our Topical Probiotic Spray to provide beneficial bacteria to the ears to out-compete the yeast. Make sure there is no broken skin in the ears before using the probiotic spray as it may irritate damaged skin. As far as the hyperkeratosis (thickened, crusty skin due to overproduction of keratin) I suggest trying the OmniCare Healing Spray on these areas and also using a natural Cell Salt Kali Sulph #7 that is recommended for scaly skin conditions.
