Yes, our Repair and Strengthen supplement is perfectly fine to provide to your dog with a history of IMHA. You may also wish to keep our Stomach Soother on hand to provide to your dog when you notice his stomach may be upset. It does sound like your dog may be having episodes of bilious vomiting/stomach upset.
