Diarrhea from any of our supplements, like our Pancreas Support Package for Dogs and Cats is very rare, but sensitive animals, or animals with previous damage/inflammation to their digestive tracts, could possible experience it. With nearly twenty years of experience helping many thousands of pets worldwide, we’ve seen very few issues. I honestly can’t say for sure if our pancreas supplements for dogs have ever caused diarrhea, as our reviews are overwhelmingly positive with no mention of this side effect. There are ways to address your concern. When you are introducing new supplements for pancreatitis in dogs, we recommend starting slow—introduce one supplement at a time and wait until your dog adapts before adding another. You can also go even slower by beginning with just 1/4 of the suggested serving size of a particular supplement and gradually increase, watching for any digestive upset.
