Yes, you can provide your dog with our Liver Tonic, and I feel it would be beneficial to support the liver, while using the medications you mentioned in your question. We recommend providing herbal remedies two hours or so away from medications. I do have a concern with your dog getting Pepcid® as this medication is used to reduce stomach acid that can greatly interfere with the proper digestion of food and assimilation of nutrients. It is not meant for long term use although it is often used that way. Instead, consider using our Stomach Soother fifteen minutes of so before meals to help protect your dog's stomach, or use only when signs of digestive upset are displayed by your dog. Lastly, medications like Zonisamide® are used to treat seizures. Often seizures, and the onset of an autoimmune condition like IMHA, can be caused by the use of flea and tick medications. These products use neurotoxins as an insecticide, and a well known side effect of causing seizures in dogs and cats, and because of this you may wish to reconsider the use of these types of products.
