Warming a pet's food can help dogs that have a harder time digesting their meals. This is because heat helps to start the breakdown of food as well as certain other digestive benefits - though at the same time changing the molecular structure of foods. This can work the same way for a pet calcium supplement as heat can damage the calcium supplement leading to thermal degradation which reduces its potency and effectiveness. This can potentially make the supplement less helpful for a pet's body, though it will usually remain safe but less effective. I would add the Seaweed Calcium after you heat you dog's food, or if you prefer to mix it in beforehand don't heat the food at too high a temperature. I can't say for sure what that "too high" temperature is just use your best judgement.
