Can biopreparation F2 be given to a 4.5 lb dog that has gastrointestinal problems?

Emme is 13.5 years old and has had gastrointestinal problems since she was 9. Currently it is under control by feeding her a homemade diet with almost no fat, she is on your daily multi plus, repair and strengthen, bone calcium, kidney tonic and kidney glandular (all given twice a day). She is fed 4 times a day. She also has some kidney disease ( high BUN).
