No, there aren't drug interactions with our IMHA Support Supplements so you may use them with the medications you mentioned in your question. We suggest providing supplements and herbal remedies at least one hour apart from medications. A concern with your dog is that he is taking immune suppressing drugs for his IMHA and an antibiotic for his Pyoderma (bacterial skin infection). It is hard to suppress the immune system and resolve an infection at the same time. I suggest that you consider the natural Cell Salts Kali Sulph #7 & Silicea #12 to help resolve your dog's skin issue. You may also consider a gentle, chemical-free shampoo to help heal your dog's skin as well. I suggest Keys MetaClean Shampoo and the OmniCare Healing Spray if your budget permits.
