The manufacturer recommended dosage of this homeopathic remedy for a chronic condition is four pellets 3x daily. Provide 15 - 30 minutes away from food and water and using a spoon place on tongue or in the pocket in the corners of your dog's mouth. For an acute situation such as diarrhea or vomiting you can provide a homeopathic remedy every two to three hours until the situation resolves.
