Yes, our UTI Relief herbal remedy is safe to use as directed for a cat with chronic kidney disease. It does contain some herbs that can be irritating to the kidneys if used excessively so just be aware of that issue. Using it for a couple of weeks at a time is fine. We also recommend naturally supporting your cat's kidneys so the ckd doesn't progress as quickly. We provide an educational video titled Kidney Disease in Dogs and Cats to help you better understand this pet health condition and also provides supplement suggestions at the end. Lastly, dry, kibble diets can lead to sub clinical dehydration in dogs and cats (especially cats), so feeding a wet diet is very important. Raw diets are the best form of pet nutrition for most animals (not all), but I understand transitioning a cat to a new diet can be difficult. Second best is a quality canned cat food diet high in meat (not fish) like Ziwi Peak, Feline Natural, or Nature's Logic.
