Since we usually work with dogs and cats with various health concerns that we are trying to support or reverse our servings suggestions for pet's are on the higher side. For a 140 lb person that is trying to support their skin or joint health the suggested serving is between two grams (one rounded teaspoon) and ten grams (two tablespoons) daily. I should mention that although our Collagen is made with the finest, human-grade ingredients, once labeled for dogs and cats we can't recommend it for human use.
