Generally, I would say that yes, you could provide our Heart Tonic to a dog or cat as support for the cardiovascular system even if there is not a diagnosis of disease. We often suggest, and feel it is a good idea, to offer nutritional support for the heart as an animal ages. However, in the case of your dog I noticed in your question that you are already providing a few herbal remedies. I suggest avoiding giving too many different herbal remedies as this can confuse the body and/or overwhelm it. Our Kidney Tonic and Heart Tonic provide similar formulas and this is because the heart and kidneys are interconnected. If you wish to also provide our Heart Tonic then I would alternate the Heart Tonic with the Kidney Tonic so you are not technically adding in an additional herbal remedy and I think this would be fine for your dog.
